These photos were sent through to us by Neal Batty after visiting Roche Abbey one evening with some friends, Neal assures us that no one was smoking at the time the pictures were taken...

Gary Odennell a regular site visitor sent us this photo through that he took while on holiday in Ingoldmells August 08, as you can see from the picture there is a couple of orbs that have appeared...

This photo was sent through to us by Gary Odonnell, the location is at the old Barnsley Main Pit entrance site, as you can see there are regular orbs in this picture, that can be explained by rain, insects or dust. But look to the right of the picture there does seem to be a figure forming.

Below is a 2nd photo taken the same day, again there seems to be what looks like a figure forming...

Photo taken at Elescar Dam in Barnsley, 17/10/08. Was stood on the bridge there with my friend Joe and took a picture of nothing and that was there. There was nothing around us that could have explained it. ‘Quite spooky’ also had a sighting of a figure going across the road on Packman Lane, Sheffield the same night. We love ghost hunts.

Jane Moss sent us this picture through that she took at Rufford Abbey on the 26 September 2008, is this the lady in white that's been seen there before?

This is a strange submission for Rotherham-paranormal, but we've added it anyway. Dayday a regular site visitor, sent us this through saying that he'd caught a fairy on film... Upon viewing the footage we are unable to identify what it is he's caught... Take a look..

This is a picture of a party that was held in Dublin a few weeks ago, the child in the front would not pose for the picture because she said she did not like the baby, they did not know what she was talking about, she was the only child in the house. until they looked closely at the shape between the legs of the 2 girls in stripy tops.

A Rotherham Paranormal website visitor Vicki sent us this picture through that she took while visiting the York Museum. Has you can see it looks like a figure sat in the carriage....

Iain and Lee,Regular Rotherham-paranormal visitors went on an investigation one night down to Roche Abbey, upon returning back to the car they took some pictures to find they had caught a figure on one of them.

This photo was sent through by a regular Rotherham Paranormal visitor, it was taken in a warehouse, as you can in the circle, there is a figure standing there, the person who took the photo said that there was no-one else in the building at the time.

This photo was sent through to us by a website visitor, the picture was taken in a buisiness premises in Sheffield, as you can see from the picture, there are a number orbs that have appeared.

Dave Britton sent us this picture through that he took while up at Period Brdge at Stocksbridge bypass, look closely in the circle and you can see the outline of a figure, is this the famous monk?

This is a picture that was sent through by Ian Dickinson, the Rotherham-ghosts team were quite supprised how clear this photo is. Ian has confirmed that the picture is not a shadow of someone else. A Rotherham-ghosts visitor Katie Johnson submitted these pictures through after visiting Conisbrough Castle with her Fiance.

PHOTO 1 ........ A man in the guest hall or entrance hall stood tall with a beared you can see the roundness of his face and the eyes everything is clear.
 
PHOTO 2......... The main entrance of the conisbrough castle a picture of the first staircase you see clearly a man's face in white with mist right at the tops of the stairs.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor Sonia from the group SPI--- Society of Paranormal Investigations sent us this picture through that she took at Wacollar Hall. Sonia claims that where the photo was taken, the ghost of a horseman has been reported on many occasions.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor Ian Dickinson, took these photos whilst visiting Riber Castle, the first picture you can see a mist, the second one you can see orbs forming.

Darren Sewell sent us this picture through that he took with his brother back in 1998 at Roche Abbey, as you can see from the picture, there seems to be a figure on the right hand side. Daren has confirmed that him and his brother were the other people there that day and also the figure appears on the negative of the photo too.

Philip from the group Project reveal, took these pictures while out at Warsend Cemetry, as you can see form the pictures, there seems to be orbs and mists appearing.

This picture was took on the 24/02/08 around 5.30 in the evening near the old shaft to the pit at Stubbin in Rawmarsh, Rotherham by Lyndsey Woodcock. Lyndsey says when she re-took the photo again, there wasn’t an orb in site.

Camera used was a Pentax Optio S50 5mp.

James a Rotherham-ghosts visitor, sent us this picture through what he took while visiting Riber castle, after closer inspection he noticed that there seems to be what looks like a figure of an old man in the upstairs room.

Sandra from Rotherham sent through this picture that was taken of her brother just before he passed away, as you can see from the close up, there seems to be a face looking over them near the doorway.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor from Norway, submitted this photo through that they took while walking their dog in a local wood. Has you can see it's not your noraml run of the mill orb photo.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor from Norway, was out in the woods taking their dog for a walk and taking some photos, as you can see from the pictures there are some strange lights appearing on them.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor Gillian sent through a picture that she took while visiting Fountains Abbey, Gillian explained in her email that the figure caught on camera was a pulsating image moving about in one of the buildings on June 24th 2005.

It was only visible through the viewfinder and taken at arms length of the camera, the smoky image moved towards them, increased in size and seemed to go through them. Just before she took the photo!

This picture was sent to Rotherham-ghosts by Andy from Rotherham, as you can see there is what looks like face looking through the fence and a strange orb in the middle.

Lee and Amie from Project Reveal, sent us these photos that were taken at Hoober Stand in October 2007, as you can see from the pictures there is a ghostly mist.

Yvonne Handley sent us this picture through that she took while on an investigation with a paranormal group on an old disused airfield.

Here we have a picture that was submitted by Wayne Mathers a regular visitor to the site, the picture was taken at Bolsover castle in the same place the ghost of a woman has been seen. Upon first viewing the picture, the team thought it may have been a hair over the lens, but after adjusting it further using Photoshop plus, it does appear to be transparent!

A regular Rotherham-ghosts visitor Sue Higton, took at trip to Riber Castle one day, she happily took some photos of the place, but upon downloading them to her computer, realised they all weren't what they seemed.

Another video clip which has been sent through by a regular Rotherham-ghosts visitor, as before it was taken in a old childrens hospital, again there is some strange orb activity taking place. Aleks who sent the videos through, will be conducting an experiment with 2 tennis balls to see if he can get anything to happen. We look forward to the results. 

Rotherham-ghosts visitor Lisa, submitted these pictures through that she took while investigating Rockleigh Furnace in Barnsley. She seemed to catch more than she bargained for!

A visitor to Rotherham-ghosts submitted this through, the photo was taken on the battlements at Conisbrough Castle where the ghost of a woman has been seen before she fell to her death.

This video clip was sent to us by a man who works for a secuirity company in Australia, the CCTV footage has been taken in an old childrens hospital that was built in the 1940s for sick and dying children. The building has not been used for the last 30 years. About half way through a large ORB appears. Many other srange happenngs have taken place and this wierd location including a security guard hearing a large sigh of breath while reading a news paper. The location of this building must remain undisclosed for security reasons.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor Karen, sent this picture through from when her and a group of friends visited Sutton Scaresdale Hall, it was their first real ghost investigation and many things happening including a loud scream which could be heard coming from the main building. If you look at the photo of the door you can see what looks like a face peering through the gap.

This photo was sent though by David from Rotherham who was taking photos to let a property, if you look on the bottom left hand side of the picture; it looks like a small girl from Victorian times.

I have a comment regarding your Victorian Girl Photo. As I look at both sides of an argument, I will give the skeptic's point of view first. Now, looking closely at the photo, I see that it is mostly white, and so, I suppose there might have been chalk, etc. on the ground. However, after several minutes scrutiny, I came to the conclusion that this is no fake. Looking very closely, I can see the girl's apron, and some trims of white fabric. Also, you can tell that nothing is on the ground, it is actuall standing upright. It fades closer up to her bosom and face, which quite frankly, sucks. However, even without seeing her face, I can picture her very finely in my head, she is wearing a burgandy-purple dress. Anyhow, my conclusion is that the photo is authentic, and not a fake. Congratulations, David, you have caught a real spirit on camera. If it is possible, you should go back to that house and take more photographs of the house and lot. Let us know if you find anything more.

This photo was taken in North Wales in Denbigh Mental Hospital. The photographer took quite a few pictures but this one stood out from the lot.

A lady named Betty took this picture on a recent trip to York (England), and she noticed the strange object in the top left-hand side of the picture. Very strange indeed!"

Even Closer look!

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor sent this picture through after many strange happenings have occurred including the door bell ringing and a child saying they have seen the figure of a man stood in a doorway. The person who submitted the picture through can confirm that there was no one smoking at the time the picture was taken.

My boyfriend and I were just at Summerfest in Milwaukee Wisconsin. Around 8:55 pm my boyfriend took several pictures of the stage to see if we were actually going to be able to take a picture of BIG and RICH from where we were standing. After taking the picture my boyfriend looked at the screen and then showed me the camera. When he handed me the camera he said look honey I took a picture of ghosts. I thought he was kidding. I said yeah right that is just the lightening from the stage.

When downloaded it on the computer so I could look at it better, and zoom in. I was shocked and could not believe my eyes. There are three unusual images that are on picture we can not explain.

The pictures were taken with a digital camera a photosmart M525 digital camera.

I have a comment to Ghostly Concert. Now, I believe in spirits and all, and that they can be caught on cameras, etc. However, after several minutes scrutiny, it looks as though the person who took the picture had a shaky hand, or accidently moved while taking the picture. I came to this conclusion, for if you look at the rest of the picture, you can see that some of the people look blurred, along with the stage top. It may very well be that the stage lights got blurred, etc. However, who am I to say it may not be real? It may be that some entities were present at the time. However, people have to look at both sides of an argument before coming to a conclusion.

Strange Mist

More Mists

Jonathon from QED paranormal submitted this picture through that was taken at an old RAF base, he confirms that no one was smoking at the time the photo was taken, but there was a loud bang just before from one of the containers.

Regular visitors to Rotherham-ghosts, Tracie, Rob and Lee from Project reveal have submitted this photo which they took at Hoober stand on the 16 February 2007. A strange mist seems to have appeared when the picture was taken.

A Rotherham-ghosts visitor nick named "Day Day" submitted this picture through to us, because the mist you can see around him always seems to appear in pictures when he's feeling down. If you can explain this, please email us at Group@Rotherham-ghosts.com or use the contact us link!

These picture were sent through by Lee Steer and Phillip Williams and were taken on 1 February 2007 at 7:30 pm, Lee and Philip were conducting an investigation in the church yard and caught these pictures on their camera. Lee and Philip also said that they saw a hooded figure at the time too, at a fallen tree in the graveyard.

A regular Rotherham-ghosts visitor Gill submitted these photos of a table tipping experiment at Maes Artro in Wales.

Has you can see something strange is happening with the candle.

 These photos were sent through by David Briggs who is a lighting technician at the Lyric theatre in Dinnington, there various orbs which have been caught on camera. Click here for the reported sighting.

This picture was sent through to Rotherham-ghosts in October 2006 by Stephen Blogg and Mike McKenzie, this is another example of some paranormal activity taking place at Roche Abbey.

These photos were submitted by John, Mike and Michael from Rotherham and were taken at Roche Abbey, Rotherham on the 2nd June 2006 as you can see they have a number of orbs on each photo and the one of the right has a mist along with a couple of cobweb orbs.

J Burton and K South, who are regular visiter to Rotherham-Ghosts submitted the picture through after doing a vidual at the site in May 2006. As you can see at the bottom of the picture, there seems to be an apparition appearing.

 These photographs were taken by Mel Burton at Stocksbridge Byepass around 2300 hours one evening, strange mists were caught on film that couldn't be seen by the naked eye.

This photograph was submitted by Lyn in Rotherham, the photo was taken in an old building said to be built on the old grave yard of Rotherham All Saints Church. (please see Rotherham Sightings for further details)

This photo was submitted by Mel Burton, it was taken in a gym in Hull, as you can see on the left there is an orb that seems to be moving just above the wooded bench!

The photo attached was recently taken by Nicola from Rotherham at a wedding. It was taken on 23rd December 2005 in Rawmarsh Methodist Church. If you look closely at the picture you can see orbs surrounding the men.
